Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I need prior experience or specific physical requirements?: No, no prior experience is necessary. Your pilot will provide you with thorough instructions before each flight. The fitness requirements are minimal, but you should be able to take a few steps for the takeoff. The maximum passenger weight is 90 kg, and the maximum height is 1.95 meters.
Can you fly all year round?: Yes, we fly all year round as long as the conditions are suitable. If the weather is bad, the flight will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
What clothing and equipment do I need?: Wear sturdy shoes, ideally ankle-high hiking boots, and a windproof jacket – it can get chilly in the air even during summer. Sunglasses are also recommended due to the wind speed (around 30 km/h).

In winter, we suggest adding warm thermal underwear. As storage space during the flight is limited, please only bring small, flexible backpacks of up to 10 liters.
